Discover STM Publishing Ltd works on a business-to-business basis. Journal owners, such as societies, universities and publishers, pay us under service agreements for the services they choose: journal hosting, Virtual Editorial Office support, typesetting and publishing.
We do not collect article processing charges (APCs) from authors. Each journal's owner decides how the journal is funded and whether it charges authors, and any charges and waivers are published on the journal's own website.
We have no role in peer review decisions or in whether a manuscript is accepted. Those decisions rest with each journal's editors.
We do not send unsolicited invitations to authors asking them to submit manuscripts.
