Each journal's owner decides whether the journal charges authors. Where a journal charges an APC or any other author fee, the amount and any waivers are published on the journal's own website, and the journal collects the payment directly through its own payment system or by bank transfer. Please check the journal's website before you submit, and send any question about fees to the journal.
